ObjectiveThrough the measurement of serum cardiac troponin I,intracerebral hemorrhage patients with myocardial injury and impact on the prognosis were assessed.To explore the implementation of prevention and intervention to the intracerebral hemorrhage with myocardial injury and improve the prognosis,clinical data was accumulated.MethodsApplication of fluorescence enzyme immunoassay method,serum cardiac troponin I of patients were quantitative detected after intracerebral hemorrhage on set at 1st 3rd 7th day.GCS score to the patients of intracerebral hemorrhage after on set at 1st and 14th day.We scored MRS to the patients of intracerebral hemorrhage after on set at 14th and 90th day.Clinical course of 90 days died end of the incident was recorded.SPSS statistical analysis was applied.ResultsWe Collected a total of 103 cases of intracerebral hemorrhage patients.Which elevated serum cTnI 39 cases,15 cases were death,which cTnI normal serum 39 cases, 7 cases were death.1).There is 37.9 percent of intracerebral hemorrhage patients have serum cTnI increased,and it shows that with a myocardial injury.2).CTnI elevated group GCS score are lower than that of the normal cTnI group after on set 1st and 14th day(P<0.05).CTnI elevated group GCS score increase is lower than that in the normal cTnI group score increase after on set at 14th day(P<0.05).3).MRS quality of life score elevated cTnI group and the normal cTnI group are no difference at 14th day(P>0.05).MRS score elevated cTnI group is higher than that of the normal cTnI group at 90th day.CTnI elevated group MRS score drop are lower than the normal cTnI group score drop(P<0.05).4).The rate of the handicap in patients with elevated cTnI group is higher than that in the normal cTnI group(P<0.05).The relative risk of handicap in cTnI elevated group is higher than that of the normal cTnI group.RR=2.948,95%confidence interval(1.025,8.48).5).The mortality in patients with elevated cTnI group is higher than that in normal cTnI group(P<0.05).The relative risk of mortality in cTnI elevated group is higher than that of the normal cTnI group.RR=4.56,95%confidence interval(1.641,12.669).Conclusions1).Part of intracerebral hemorrhage patients with varying degrees of serum cTnI elevated,the part of patients happened myocardial injury,including minor myocardial injury.2).Patients of intracerebral hemorrhage at the lower GCS score after on set 1st have the greater risk of myocardial injury than which of GCS score higher.Elevated cTnI impacted acute intracerebral hemorrhage(within 14 days) GCS score improvement.3).CTnI elevated serum of intracerebral hemorrhage patients have higher rate of handicap,weighter handicap,poorer quality of life than which of normal cTnI serum at 90th day.4).CTnI elevated serum of intracerebral hemorrhage patients have higher mortality than which of normal cTnI serum at 90th day.
