Clinical Research Of Tongjiang Formula In Treating Renal Parenchymal Hypertension (Liver And Kidney Yin Vacuity With Ecchymosed Pattern)

Objective: Liver-kidney yin vacuity with ecchymosed is the main pathogenesis of renal parenchymal hypertension (RPH), the therapies of motivate blood circulation and descend hyperactivity yang should be used concurrently, can not emphasize one part at the expense of another .This research observes the clinical curative effect of the Tongjiang formula on RPH (yin vacuity with ecchymosed pattern), to further discuss and recognize the RPH pathology mechanism and the function mechanism of Tongjiang formula.Methods: 60 cases of RPH are randomly divided into two groups (test group & control group). We applied the Tongjiang formula combined with Levamlodipine Besylate Tablets to treat 30 cases in test group, while 30 cases in control group are given the Levamlodipine Besylate Tablets only. Systematically investigates Tongjiang formula's effect on patients' Scr,TG,BUN and the improvement of clinical symptom.Results: The clinical observation result indicates: the test group shows that the efficiency is 46.67%; the total effectiveness is 90%. The control group shows that the efficiency is 30%; the total effectiveness is 76.67%. The clinical effectiveness and comparative total effectiveness of the two groups has significant differences (P<0.05). This shows that test group has superiority to the control group.Conclusion: Tongjiang formula has remarkable effect on treating RPH, and worthy of popularizing on clinic.
