Community health service is an important part of the community construction, which is the foundation of the basic medical treatment, it can promote fair and maintain society stability. Nowadays, with the development of community medical treatment , how to evaluate community health service has become a big problem. The evaluation of community health service which can strengthen scientific, standardize and improve the service quality has become the urgent matter of the moment.This thesis elaborated the content of community and community health service first, and made a synopsis of describe of the development of community health service in our country. In the meantime, this text still discussed public choice and the community public need theories, public service theories and other related theories, as the sill of this thesis.Then, established the comprehensive evaluation indicator system for Changchun community health service center. On the one hand, taking the theories for the basic, absorbing currently valuation mode and combining with the present condition of community health service in Changchun, established the evaluate indexes. Because these indexes are too superfluous, it is necessary to sieve indexes by the importance degree of 30 experts. On the other hand, calculate the weight of every index. In order to insure accuracy, this thesis took two kinds of means to calculate the weight.At last, took 3 community health service centers for example to inspect the possibility.
