Survival time and reducing of the symptoms were close correlation, r=0.498, P=0.01, and they have a significant difference. Patients with high scores symptoms, suggesting poor prognosis, P=0.004, Exp(B) =1.355. And many patients with lung cancer were accumulated to their heart function (44.7%).Conclusion: For the treatment of elderly cancer patients, we should not blindly pursue the tumor response rate, but the stabilization of symptoms and the patient's general condition, without any functional loss.
