Report about avian influenza virus H7N7 appeared in the USA at 1981. Avian influenza virus is a kind of influenza A, whose molecule formula is H5N1, in which H represents the hemagglutinin and N represents nervammino, those two are the chemical components which can result immune reaction. World Health Organization (WHO) considered it as the most threatening disease to human health concerning the lack of common immune ability towards avian influenza in recent year observations though territory restriction of epidemic situation exists.The complicated communication style of avian influenza sets a trouble on the way of avian influenza immune and therapy work.
