Bioinformatics plays a burgeoning role to solve the problems brought by the abundance of research information that lies in the front of scientific researches nowadays. The specific concept of bioinformatics engineering was brought up in the first five-year bulletin of Human Gene Project of United States, which is an integrated major combined many engineering majors such as Mathematics, computer Science and Biology, it is defined as the major contains the information acquiring, processing, saving up,distributing, analyzing and reasonable explanations. Summing up the great deal data created during research is why the major was built. Simply conclude it as the major who built upon the foundation of computers and used to store gene information then processing, analyzing could be executed in the afterward research.Human avian-influenza is an acute respiratory syndrome resulted from some sub-types of H5N1. Report about avian influenza virus H7N7 appeared in the USA at 1981. Avian influenza virus is a kind of influenza A, whose molecule formula is H5N1, in which H represents the hemagglutinin and N represents nervammino, those two are the chemical components which can result immune reaction. World Health Organization (WHO) considered it as the most threatening disease to human health concerning the lack of common immune ability towards avian influenza in recent year observations though territory restriction of epidemic situation exists. The complicated communication style of avian influenza sets a trouble on the way of avian influenza immune and therapy work. As a new-born engineering major, the way of combining bioinformatics engineering and clinic data caught extensive concerning. The subject discussed in this issue is a trail discussion about combining bioinformatics engineering with clinical data of avian influenza.
