| Traditional Chinese Medicine compound is an important part of Traditional Chinese Pharmacology,which is the character and core of Traditional Chinese Medicine. On the basis of the concept of Traditional Chinese Medicine compound,medicinal fungus are used for the fermentation of Chinese Traditional Medicine, which not only supplies a new way for the modernization on the processing of Chinese Medicinal Materials,but also provides a certain significance for the development of Traditional Chinese Medicine.This study based on the modern pharmacology and components research,medicinal fungus-Ganoderma lucidum,which is provided with antioxidation property,and Chinese Medicinal Materials-mulberry twigs,Sophora flavescens Ait,which have the action on antihyperlipidemia effect,were chosen to be the materials of this study and the Traditional Chinese Medicine compounds were produced by fermentation at last. Through the corresponding efficacy testing,researching the feasibility and validity on the deep processing of the Chinese Medicinal materials fermented by medicinal fungi,and analysing the changes of corresponding components from the fermentation processing.Firstly, the fermentative system was determined referring to the theoretical foundation of our laboratory, the growth of Ganoderma lucidum during the fermenting process, the morphological changes and the alter of physical speciality before and after fermentation. The results indicated that the solid fermentative system was feasible.Secondly, by studing the scavenging ability of the hydroxyl free radicals of the agueous extracts and the changes of action on antihyperlipidemia effect of Mulberry twig and Sophora flavescens Ait after fermentation, we found that through fermentation by Ganoderma lucidum, the effect of agueous extracts of Sophora flavescens Ait on scavenging ability of the hydroxyl free radicals was noticeably improved,and the main components with the capability of scavenging ability on the hydroxyl free radicals were centralized in the composition of Crude polysaccharide solution. The capability of reducing TG and CHOL of mice of its agueous extracts after fermentation advanced as well.Thirdly, changes of the components of Chinese Medicinal Materials after fermentaton by Ganoderma lucidum was studied. Contents of Soluble polysaccharide in Mulberry Twig and Sophora flavescens Ait decreased by different degrees;A large quantity of oxymatrine in Sophora flavescens Ait reduced as the same. The analysis of the specimens before and after fermentation for 30 days by HPLC ulteriorly proved that components of Traditional Chinese Medicine varied a lot. It was also studied the way of sterilization on Mulberry Twig and Sophora flavescens Ait,the influence on the change of components is very little.Therefore, fermenting the given Chinese Medicinal Materials by Ganoderma lucidum could largely advance their part efficacies, which could provides a new concept of the processing of Traditional Chinese Medicine for its modern development, and also settle academic foundation for the study on the compounds of Traditional Chinese Medicine. |
