With the aid of geostatistical analysis module of GIS spatial analysis and Kriging interpolation method, geographical distribution map of the normal reference value of hematological indexes is precisely interpolated.Results and innovation of research: If geographical factors of some place in china are known, normal reference value of the hemoglobin and the red blood cell count of the different age and the different gender groups of people are estimated in this place. And normal reference value of any place is get from geographical distribution map. In the three kind of models used, it is discovered that the precision obtained from nonlinear model is highest, which can provide good basis for the clinical diagnosis.
