| People are always saying:"It is difficult and expensive to see a doctor".Seeing a doctor as the main problem of people's livelihood, it is caught attention by government and common people. With the development of social economy, population is getting old and the cities are modernized with a fast speed, disease chart and reason for death is changed. Accordingly, medicine pattern and view on health is also changed. As a consequence, medicine pattern are changed from simple pattern to biology-society-psychology pattern. Because of the medical expanses'fast increase, medical and preventive organizations are separated, existing sanitation resources are not effectively used in health care, and the need of people for medical service cannot be satisfied. As a result, the old health service system is not suit to current situation. Recently, the government emphasizes on constructing and developing community health service, this act may solve the problem of difficult and expensive of seeing a doctor. Since the year of 2006, State Council issued the instruction about developing city community health care, government work report emphasized"accelerating the construction of new type of city health care system based on community"till 2007. Construction of city health care system has become main part in the whole medical treatment reform. Community health service in east, middle, or west region of China exist big difference, they developed in different level. It is urgent task for the governments to construct a suitable community health service system according to their current situation. The thesis aims to investigate current situation of medical care in Liu Pan Shui, to explore community health servicing programming, running system, talent construction, service mode and sale and medical insurance, then, to boost community health system construction. According to health care basic situation in Liu PanShui, through the investigation of community health service organization, personnel, service function, and patient to completely comprehend the situation of health care service in Liu PanShui, the thesis summarized the theory of city community health service and current situation. It analyzed the main problems and proposed the direction of following development. Liu PanShui, as an epitome of underdevelopment city in the west, this research could provide a reference for community health service development in mid-west region of China. |
