Objective:Hypertensive Disorders of Pregnancy is a specific diseases in pregnancy, the incidence rate is 9.4%-10.4%in China and 7%-12%in abroad. The basic pathophysiology change of this disease is spasm of the small blood vessels, and decrease of blood irrigation flow of organs and the systems in the body,.It jeopardized the health of mothers and infants seriously, even to death, and it is the main reason which causes pregnant and perinatal morbidity and mortality. The pathogeny of Hypertensive Disorders of Pregnancy is not known well till now, most of the scholars believe that the factors such as invasion of abnormal trophoblast in myometrium, endothelial injury and dysfunction in vascular tissue, immune genetic factors and insulin resistance have great relationship with Hypertensive Disorders of Pregnancy. Therefore, exploring the causes, treatments and evidence-based prevention of Hypertensive Disorders of Pregnancy have received a huge amount of attention in domestic and foreign scholars. Interleukin 6 is a kind of cytokine produced by a variety of cells with complex physiological functions,Interleukin 6 plays a very important role in inducing B cell differentiation, producing immunoglobulins, promoting the proliferation of T cell and hematopoietic stem cell in bone marrow, enhancing blood cell differentiation and anti-tumor effects.Scholars in abroad have discovered that anomalies concentration of Interleukin 6 in maternal blood and amniotic fluid is closely related to occurrence of Hypertensive Disorders of Pregnancy. To investigate the effect of Interleukin-6(IL-6)on pathogenesis of Hypertensive Disorders in Pregnancy and to confirm the derivation of IL-6 and relationship between IL-6 and growth of placenta and fetus. Methods:ELISA kits of quantitative human IL-6(Provided by Beijing Biosynthesis Biotechnology Co.,Ltd) were used for ELISA assay. Patients from December of 2006 to May of 2008 in the Changchun maternity hospital were screened for cases that met the experimental conditions, the IL -6 levels in amniotic fluid and serum of the patients were measured. The samples of 50 cases which involved Hypertensive Disorders of Pregnancy(20 cases),pre-eclampsia(19 cases) and eclampsia(11 cases) were observed,of all which were single pregnancy,χ~2 test was use compared between groups, all data were taken statistical analysis with software SPSS11.5Results:IL-6 content in serum was 2.436±0.835ng/l in the group of Hypertensive Disorders of Pregnancy group, while it was 1.739±0.123ng/l in normal control group,IL-6 content in amniotic fluid was 269.8±33.3ng/l in the group of Hypertensive Disorders of Pregnancy group, while it was 305.1±20.42ng/l.in normal control group.IL-6 content in serum was 4.730±0.531ng/l in the group of eclampsia, while it was 2.390±0.696ng/l in pre-eclampsia group and it was 1.926±0.123ng/l in the group of Hypertensive Disorders of Pregnancy,IL -6 content in amniotic fluid was 216.00±22.13ng/l in the group of Hypertensive Disorders Pregnancy, while iit was 254.68 ±36.20ng/l in pre-eclampsia group, and it was 292.8±30.8ng/l.in group of Hypertensive Disorders of Pregnancy. The level of IL-6 in peripheral blood has a increasing trend as Hypertensive Disorders in Pregnancy degree. In moderate and severe Hypertensive Disorders in Pregnancy,IL-6 level are signif-icantly higher than that of normal pregnancy.(2) IL-6 level in amniotic fluid is significantly lower than that in normal pregnancy.(3)The level of IL-6 in peripheral blood has a increasing trend as Hypertensive Disorders in Pregnancy degree.Todetect IL-6 level of peripheral blood can opinion the symptom of Hypertensive Disorders in Pregnancy.(4)To look at a method control the IL-6 level in the peripheral blood of Hypertensive Disorders in Pregnancy, the method maybe control the developing symptom of Hypertensive Disorders in Pregnancy. Conclusion:In Hypertensive Disorders in Pregnancy, the immune activity is rising, the IL-6 is overproduced by activated immune cells and it may involve in immune respond of organism and damage of vasicular endothelium.Decrease of IL-6mRNA in placenta and IL-6 in amniotic fluid showesthat the capability of production and transport of IL-6 decline in placenta of Hypertensive Disorders in Pregnancy patient. and these result in is chemiaofplacenta trophoblast and disturbance of the growth and development of placenta and fetus.
