Objective:By a retrospective analysis, study the impact of severe systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) patients with standardized therapy(cyclophosphamide pulse therapy combined glucocorticoids) on the prognosis. And evaluate the therapeutic effect and turnover of SLE by the systemic lupus erythematosus disease activity index (SLEDAI),damage index(ACRDI) scores before and after treatmen. To confirm the effect of standardized treatment which current widely used further.Method:①A retrospective analysis of 50 cases patients with severe systemic lupus erythematosus in our hospital from 2000 to 2007,who received the treatment of cyclophosphamide pulse standardized treatment combined glucocorticoid.②To assess the SLEDAI of each patients before treatment and after treatment of the first, second, thrird, sixth, twelfth months,do repeated measurements, observate the SLEDAI changes in the six stages, and evaluate the standardized treatment.③Do linear correlation analysis, linear regression analysis about the SLEDAI of before treatment and the twelfth months after treatment. Results:SLEDAI with standard treatment decreased significantly in the first six months, especially in the first month, and decreased not obvious after the sixth month. SLEDAI decreased 8.54(9.28±4.853 vs.17.82±4.989,P=0.000) in the first months after treatment than before treatment; And 2.56(P=0.008) in the second months than the first months after treatment; And 1.44(P=0.027) in the third months than the second months after treatment; And 2.08(P=0.004) in the sixth months than the third months after treatment; The difference was not statistically significant(P= 0.054) between the sixth and twelfth months. The SLEDAI before treatment and treatment after twelfth months was a linear relationship, regression coefficient t test t =3.405,linear equation y=-2.086+0.232x(Determined coefficient R2=0.162,P= 0.004).Comclusions:①.Standardized treatment of severe systemic lupus erythematosus can actively control condition, and ease long-term disease control in the state.②. Disease activity index can be relatively good condition evaluation. It decreased significantly in the first six months, especially in the first month. And decreased not obvious after the sixth month.③.The SLEDAI before treatment and treatment after twelfth months was a linear relationship, but the linear equations still can not be used in clinical prediction.
