Objective:To study of the Neuropeptide of Enteric Nervous System which includes Enkephalin(ENK),Neurotensin(NT),Vasoactive Intestinal Peptide(VIP),Neuropeptide Y(NPY) in the Enteritis.Method:To get 20 adult New Zealand albino rabbits, according to the regulation of matched-pairs to separate two groups, experimental group(EG) and control group(CG). To anest-hetize the EG,and open the abdomen, then make the portal vein occlusion for one hour,to cause congestion, then to cause inflammation reaction.Put all albino rabbits to death, and obtain the colon, investigation of expression of ENK,NT,VIP,NPY with the method of Immunohistochemistry in enteritis.Result:The expression of ENK,NT in EG were significantly higher than in CG(P<0.05), but the expression of VIP,NPY were not difference between the EG and CG(P>0.05)Conclusion:In the progress of enteritis, the expression of ENK and NT were significantl rise in EG,but the expression of VIP and NPY were not obviously changed. The Neuro-peptide of Enteric nervous system(ENS) effects to exciting in enteritis, because ENK andNT are excitatory neurotransmitter, and VIP and NPY are inhibitive neurotransmitter.
