Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of Fas,FasL and Bcl-2 in non-small cell lung cancer. Methods EnVison immunohistochemical method was used to study the expression of Fas,FasL and Bcl-2 in 60 cases of non-small cell lung cancer and adjcent normal lung tissue..Results1.The expression of Fas in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCIC) weaken apparently campare with adjcent normal lung tissue, and positive expression rates are 100%,62.5%and 46.4%in adjcent normal lung tissue, squamous cell carcinomas and adenocacinomas respectively. The expression of FasL in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCIC) enhanced apprently campare with adjcent normal lung tissue, and positive expression rates are 22%,65.6%and 71.4%in adjcent normal lung tissue, squamous cell carcinomas and adenocacinomas respectively.2.The expression of Bcl-2 in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCIC) enhanced apprently campare with adjcent normal lung tissue, and positive expression rates are 16.7%,68.8%and 53.6%in adjcent normal lung tissue, squamous cell carcinomas and adenocacinomas respectively.3.Expression of Fas,FasL and Bcl-2 are correlated with NSCLC's TNM stages, differentiation and lymphatic metastasis.Expression of Fas weaken in late stage, lower differentiation and lymphatic metastasis cases, and their positive expression decrease, however,Expression of FasL and Bcl-2 are on the contrary. Conclusion The expression imbalance of Fas,FasL and Bcl-2 is closely associated with non-small cell lung cancer..
