Objective: To investigate the change of blood serum nitric oxide, edothelin-1, inducible nitric oxide synthase in neonatal hypoxia pulmonary hypertension(HPH), we studied the relations with three blood serums and the hypoxia pulmonary hypertension of the newborn.Methods: The examination was performed on 3day and 7th on 35 cases of neonates as HPH group and 22 cases of neonates as control group, to separately pick the blood and measure the level of NO, iNOS and ET-1 in blood serum, synchronize determination pulmonary artery systolic pressure and the blood gas analysis.Results:1. To compare the level of PaO2,PaO2/FiO2,PASP in HPH group and control group: the value of them was a significant difference (P<0.05, P<0.01) between the two groups on 3 days, and have non-significance difference (P>0.05) on the 7th day.2. The level of blood serum NO significantly reduced (P<0.05) on 3 days, and was approximately lower with non-significance difference (P>0.05) on the 7th day in HPH group than in the control group.3. The level of blood serum ET-1 incresed and was a significant difference (P<0.05) on 3 days, still continued at the high level with the significant difference (P<0.05) on the 7th day in HPH group than in the control group.4. The level of blood serum iNOS obviously increased and was a significant diffence (P<0.05) on 3 days, and approximately decreased with non-significance difference (P>0.05) on the 7th day in HPH group than in the control group.Conclusion: The level of blood serum iNOS and ET-1 increased in the HPH group, and was a significant statistics diffence than in the control group in the acute hypoxic process of neonatal hypoxic pulmonary hypertension, maintaining at the high level. The level of blood serum NO was reduction in the acute hypoxia process of neonatal hypoxic pulmonary hypertension, and NO had an improving tendency with recovery of disease.We imagined that the level changes of blood serum ET-1 and NO made pulmonary arterial smooth muscle vasoconstrice and improved origin of hypoxic pulmonary hypertension in neonatal; With improving in funcontion about pulmonary endothelial cell and continual stimulation of blood serum iNOS, the level of blood serum NO gradually advanced to adjust desease. Blood serum NO, iNOS and ET-1 participated in neonatal hypoxic pulmonary hypertension.
