The cardiovascular disease is one of the primary diseases which threatens mankind's life, among then, the heart attack becomes a more and more common disease. Therefore, it is very important to develop clinical appliances with high performance for diagnosis and treatment to the heart attack disease.The ECG (Electrocardiogram) waveforms represent the whole comprehensive process of electrocardio concussion, whose foundamental unit is the electric concussion of myocardial cells. The QRS (the Part of electrocardio-graphic waves) represents electric shock excited process of ventricle, it is the most important and remarkable waves in electrocardiogram.This paper deals with the signal preprocess,automatic identification and analysis of dynamic electrocardio-signal. It mainly includes four aspects as follows.(1) To study the preprocess method of original electrocardio signal. This paper focuses on excluding three kinds of main interferences which frequently appear in heart communication, they are white noise, low frequency interference and power frequency interference. Three kinds of constant coefficient lowpass filter, highpass filter and bandpass filter are designed respectively with the LabVIEW software. Moreover, kinds of electrocardio data are input to do simulation experiments. The use of virtual machines to achieve filter frequency response characteristics of the test design, ease of testing the feasibility of the filter design is conducive to better debugging ECG signal preprocessing, the back of R-laid the foundation for calibration.(2) We find that depending on selecting the proper characteristic rating value, it is easy to reject cross interference. By calibevating the polar value on the feature area, it can minimize the interference on R wave detecting. When we want to detect the real polar point from two or more lower peak aside those higher peak of QRS wave segments, we must settle down the relation ship between the threshold and maximum muttiplicasion of each segment. Moreover, we avoid leakage dection of R point through the second search method.(3) Based on the LabVIEW software, this paper constructs a R point Caliberation algorithm system, which is used to simulate series of pure and interfered electrocardio signals. It also combines the whole system and realize the function of each module. Then different methods are applied to acquire all information of these R points from electrocardio data. Moreover, this paper analyzes the normal and abnormal electrocardio data and plots the different waveforms before and after the smoothing process. It also discusses the R point caliberated waveform under different threshold coefficients, and finally obtains the effective scope of threshold coefficients.
