Research On Quality Management Of PIVAS Construction Project

Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Service(PIVAS) have been established and put into operation in hospitals in China and foreign countries one after another. PIVAS has become an index for grade rating of hospitals. It helps to improve medicine management and application modes of hospitals and is of importance significance in strengthening construction of basic facilities of hospitals.In view of the construction project of PIVAS in Harbin No. 4 Hospital, study is carried out by means of the theory and method of project quality management by this paper. First, description in detail is given in quality control during construction of the project and analysis on the factors that may affect the quality of the project is completed. Second, the construction project of PIVAS is designed, Work Breakdown Structure, Project Flow Chart and description in detail of PIVAS one by one is given by the paper. Frequency Chart, Average Chart of control is given for the test of the important parts of PIVAS .Finally, safeguard measures to be taken for achieving the quality principle and goals are proposed, those help to improve prediction scheme of project quality management. A consulted method and advice of the study of the construction project quality management in medical field is given by the paper.
