Typhoid and paratyphoid are the China's infectious disease prevents and cures the class-B infectious disease which the law stipulates.Its long course, contagious strong, more complications.Since the 1990s, Guilin typhoid, paratyphoid incidence rate have been high in recent years,which have become the highest incidence city of typhoid, paratyphoid in Guangxi Province.In 2005,typhoid and paratyphoid have been classified as Guilin four kinds of high-risk, high incidence of infectious diseases, and Guilin is also listed as the typhoid and paratyphoid disease monitoring points in China.The analysis concludes that more cases of typhoid fever in the annual June to October.The regional disparity of onset is prominent, among them, Zi yuan county, Longsheng County, Gongcheng County (are non-karst areas)are the low occurrence area, with the average annual incidence rate below in 10 cases/10 million people.Quanzhou country, Lingchuan County, Yangshuo County (are karst areas) are the high incidence area, with an average annual incidence rate in 60 cases / 100,000 people.This article analysis the incidence of geographical landscape area, hydro-meteorological, geological background and status of rural drinking water supply and other basic conditions,and use GIS method to draw incidence grade space zoning map to define the impact of Guilin typhoid, paratyphoid occurrence and spread of geographical factors, analyze various factors and typhoid epidemic of the relevance of factors that affect the selection sequence by SPSS statistical software .The results showed that: the weather factor, temperature and typhoid, paratyphoid incidence of a single factor is related.Multiple factors in weather analysis, the incidence rate of rainfall is significantly affected.In Geological factors, "karst region " is the most important factor which impact of typhoid, paratyphoid high incidence in Guilin.At the same time ,in the area of the carbonate rock which morbidity is a bit high in grade and in the uncovering groundwater type area of groundwater of karst area, the morbidity is a bit high in grade.At the same time with multiple factors logistic regression analysis show that the impact of the high incidence of typhoid factors are sequentially: karst area's distribution > groundwater type> lithology conditions> drinking water type.One of the high incidence of typhoid fever in the most affected geographical factors is "the distribution of karst area".This paper also removed the "granite" lithology conditions, the "bedrock fracture water" in the type of groundwater,"non-karst areas" and the "fractured water" and "pore" in the type of drinking water several factors, which all connected the non-statistics significance with typhoid succeeding in the imperial civil service examinations.Finally uses the BP neural network method to establish the neural network model of Guilin geological environmental factors and typhoid correlational research and neural network model of Climatic factor and typhoid correlational research. According to the model evolved tendency and the real-time environmental factor data, realize the paratyphoid epidemic situation rank in Guilin different region future time interval typhus and the trend of development forecast and the appraisal. It provides the scientific basis for the government decision-making the social significance.This article involves the medicine, the environmental science, the information science, mathematics, the meteorology and other multily-disciplinary, which have the discipline leading edge and the innovation, it also can develop the forecast appraisal which occurs to other epidemic diseases.
