Diabetes mellitus(DM)is a metabolic disease which has a character that blood sugar level is chronic increased. It is also a frequently encountered and common disease. with the improvement of living standards, population aging and the lifestyle changing ,DM prevalence rate of the people rapidly has a gradual growth trend. According to the World Health Organization (WTO) estimates that there are currently more than 150 million diabetics by 2025 this figure will double in the world. At present, China has more than 4 million Diabetic patients that is second in the world, The incidence of T2DM is tending to younger aging, childhood morbidity is rising every year, T2DM has become the third-largest non-communicable diseases in developed countries after cardiovascular diseases and tumors .It is a heavy burden On social and economic which is a worldwide public health problem that serious threat to human health. Quality of life decreased and mortality rate increased significantly if there are various types of complication. Therefore, exploring the pathogens of T2DM and its vascular lesions and looking for the impact of T2DM macro-vascular disease and micro-vascular disease processes relevant factors are significant to research the Objective:Studying relevance of hs-CRP and T2DM and T2DM with macro-vascular to evaluate clinical significance of T2DM and its vascular complication through early detection of hs-CRP levels.subjects and methods:we choose 130 cases T2DM according to the 1999 WHO diagnostic criteria in Jilin University First Clinical hospital from January 2007 to January 2009 . Among them, SD were 60 cases, male 25, female 35 cases, the average age is 48.5 years old, MM were 70 cases, 30 cases of male and 40 female, average age is 50.1 years old. Normal control group were 30 cases, 14 cases of male and 16 female, average age is 43.7 years old. except autoimmune diseases, fever, chronic inflammation (such as respiratory diseases, urinary system diseases, skin and soft tissue infections, etc.), blood, urine leukocyte count increased, serious liver and kidney dysfunction, cancer patients, At the same time, patient didn,t apply the lipid-lowering drugs nearly three months. The diagnosis of T2DM accorded with the new diagnostic criteria of WHO in 1999: FPG≥7.0mmol/L,Random blood sugar≥11.1mmol/L or Oral glucose tolerance test(OCTT)2 hours blood glucose≥11.1mmol/L.we measure the total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), fasting plasma glucose (FPG) with automatic biochemical analyzer, HBA1c was measured with micro-column method, hs-CRP was measured with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Finding out the relationship of hs-CRP and T2DM and the macro-vascular complication.statistic analysis:Using the SPSS13.0 for windows statistical package Count Data ,measurement data with mean±standard deviation (x±s) that the observed value of homogeneity of variance test, all groups compared using t test, P <0.05 consider There was a significant difference. Results :1.A, B, C Three Group's high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) levels were 1.23±0.38,2.14±1.18,4.04±1.46,The hs–CRP levels of B and C compare with A has a very significant difference (P <0.01);The hs–CRP levels of Band C has a very significant difference (P <0.01).2. C compare with B, LDL,TC have difference (P <0.05); FBG,HBA1c,BMI,age have not difference (P> 0.05).Conclusion1,The hs-CRP level of the Patients with T2DM was significantly higher than normal control group.2,The hs-CRP level of the T2DM with macro-vascular was significantly higher than the Patients without macro-vascular group and normal control group3,hs-CRP is not only the significant predictors of T2DM and its macro-vascular complication , but also the significant role in their occurrence and development. hs-CRP has important clinical significance to diagnose T2DM and its vascular complication earlier.4,hs-CRP,LDL and TG levels in T2DM is the major risk factors for macro-vascular complication .Controlling these risk factors can have an active role to reduce the chronic inflammation, Delay the occurrence of T2DM and atherosclerosis...
