Initiatory Investigate Of The Effect Of T-lymphocytesnand Vascular Endothelial Cell In The White Lesion Of Vulva

Objective:Vuval white leision refers to epidermal growth disorder and dermal degeneration of female external genital organs,whose remarkable symptoms are refractory pruritus vulvae,partial skin depigrnentation,vuval atrophy.Mechanism and etiology of Vuval white leision aren't sure,and its treatment effect isn't favorable.Currently it's reported that T lymph cells and endothelial cell of blood vessels play an important role in many skin lesions, such as psoriasis.However,there are no too many reports about the role of T lymph ceils and endothelial cell of blood vessels in vuval white leision,focus ultrasonic treatment is a micro-invasive surgical procedure,which obtain notable effects in the treatment of vuval white leision.This study is to observe the changes of numbers,morphous,distribution of T lymph cells,and the relationship between CD34 expression in endothelial cells,micro-vessels' change,and effects of focus ultrasonic treatment with the immunohistochemistry method,which underlies the genesis,development and effects of this treatment.Methods:20 cases were collected of lesion skins from patients with vulval white leision(12 squamous hyperplasia and 8 vulval lichen sclerosus),11 cases of vulval skins of patients with ultrasonic treatment,and 20 normal skins. With the immunohistochemistry method,to detect the changes of numbers, morphous,distribution of T lymph ceils,and the relationship between CD34 expression in endothelial cells,micro-vessels' change.To monitor patietns' sympotoms and signs,effects in 1 month,2 month,3 month return visit after CZF-1 ultrasonic treatment,and to analyse the relationship among T lymph cells,endothelial cell of blood vessels,and the effects of focus ultrasonic treatment.Results:CD4~+,CD8~+T lymph cells,ratio of CD4/CD8,CD3 endothelial cells decreases,lumina of micro-vessels attenuate,and micro-vessels number decreasesin the group of 20 patients compared with the group of normal persons.While compared with the conditions before treatment,the number of CD4~+,CD8~+ lymph cells,and CD34~+ endothelial cells increase in the group of patients with ultrasonic treatment.Conclusions:T lymph cells and endothelial cells play an important role in the genesis and development of vulval white leisions.Also,Focus ultrasonic treatment makes a clear effect through promoting the activity of lymph cells,and CD34~+ endothelial cells.
