The Effects Of Laser Acupoint Irradiation Tsusanli On CCK-8 And Ghrelin In The Plasma Of Anorexia Rats.

Objective:To observe the effect of laser acupoint irradiation on Fe,Cu,cholecystokinin-octapeptide(CCK-8) and Ghrelin concentration in plasma,appetite, weight of anorectic rats.To observe submucous of different groups.To explore one possible mechanism of treatment in anorexia.Method:The 24 young male rats were averagely divided into 4 groups by random: Control group,model group,medicine group,laser acupoint irradiation group. After 2 weeks common food,besides control group,other groups were feed special food.Rat model of anorexia was established by imitatiog the major cause of children's anorexia.After 6 weeks,the successful model rats should be eat less 30%than control group,or the weight lightener 10%-15%than control group.After the 9^th weeks,all of them were feed common food.Use XS-998D laser machine to laser the rats' Tsusanli of laser acupoint irradiation group.The CCK-8 and Ghrelin in plasma were examined by Enzyme immune analysis(Elisa).Use some mucous of stomach preparation HE staining sliders,and observed rats' gastric tissue pathology.Results:1.Before models made,all rats were similar in test of amount of food intake and body weight.There had reduced amount of food intake and body weight compared with the control group after models made.2.After treatment,the weight of treatment groups were improved much better than model group.3.Compared with model rats,the other groups of rats' CCK-8 were decreased,while Ghrelin and Fe were increased.Cu were in common.4.In the pathology,putrescence had been found in model rats' tela submucosa.Conclusions:The results show that the model which is established in this experiment is reliable and successful.Laser acupoint irradiation and medicine could improve appetite and weight in anorexia models.Laser acupoint irradiation and medicine were effective on children's anorexia in the way of improving the intestinal absorption.And the possible reason is that they could regulate the secretion and release of CCK-8 and Ghrelin in central and peripheral areas.High fat and high protein diet can couse damage on mucous of stomach.
