The Clinical Observation Of Er Xue Bao Oral Solution Be Used To Treat The Children Of Iron Deficiency Anemia As Well As The Impact On CHr

Background:Iron deficiency anemia(IDA) is a threat to children' s health,that is a common nutritional deficiency.It result to mental retardation,slow growth,low immune function to compared with normal children of the same age.Therefore,how to early detection of iron deficiency or IDA,to prevent the occurrence of the harm be caused by iron deficiency,that is an important topic.In the treatment of IDA has been a large number of studies have shown that "Jianpi bu xue" of Chinese medicine can improve clinical symptoms in children with IDA and laboratory indicators,but has not yet been reported in accordance with the theory of "Ting xue tong yuan", to use "Bu shen tian jing " of traditional Chinese medicine to treatment of children with IDA.In addition,CHr as a indicator to evaluate the efficacy of Chinese medicine treatment of children with IDA,that has not been reported.Objective:To investigate the relevance of CHr and Hb(hemoglobin),SF(serum ferritin),sTfR(soluble serum transferrin) the three laboratories target and research the sensitivity and specificity of CHr;To observe the clinical efficacy of Er xue bao Oral Solution treatment of children with IDA,as well as the Change of CHr in the process of the treatment,to provide new ideas and new theory for the clinical treatment of children with IDA.Methods:108 cases that be in line with the inclusion criteria come from the hospital out-patient pediatric patients with iron deficiency anemia (January,2002 years - June,2003 years),in accordance with the random number table,is divided into treatment group(Erxuebao group)and control group(Lifeineng group),of which 52 cases of treatment group,56 cases of the Control grdup,except for cases for eight falling cases(cases in which the treatment group fell off in 2 cases and control group,six cases of loses Of cases ),and finally included in the study of 100 cases,respectively, 50 cases for the treatment group and control group of 50 patients.The observer Group taked pure traditional Chinese medicine - Er xue bao Oral Solution, as well as,the control group awarded Li fei neng capsules.treatment for 8 weeks.The observation group and control group to be haemospasiaed respectively before treatment and after treatment 2 weeks,4 weeks,8 weeks, for detecting four laboratories target that are separately CHr,hemoglobin (Hb),serum- ferritin(SF),soluble serum transferrin(sTfR).The two groups were observed the changes of the four laboratories target in various stages of treatment,and respectively,before and after treatment with self-control and efficacy comparison between the two groups.At the same time,50 cases of children by the selection of the same age in the same period in good health for a medical examination confirmed.Healthy control group were not treated, only were determinated the reference value.The subject of the relevance of analysis and the research of the sensitivity and specificity,which use of the two groups(IDA group and the healthy control group),the IDA group equals to all children with IDA,a total of 100 cases.Results:Analysis of the relevance of IDA group showed that Hb,SF,sTfR and CHr were associated with significant(P <0.05),among the total,CHr and Hb was associated with the largest,the correlation coefficient is 0.743.IDA Group CHr and Hb were 99.70±5.61g / L and 18.09±4.78pg,the health group Hb and CHr were 125.68±8.29g / L and 31.20±3.47pg,health CHr group and Hb were significantly higher than IDA group(P <0.05).IDA group and the healthy control group,CHr compared the frequency distribution data shows that only a small minority of the two groups overlap.When the critical value of CHr for 27.8pg,the diagnosis of IDA in children of the highest sensitivity and specificity were 88.0%and 90.0%,ROC area under the curve is 0.948;the sensitivity and specificity of CHr were higher than SF,sTfR.Comparison in the group,the parameters target of the two groups after treatment 2 weeks, 4 weeks,8 weeks,than those before treatment has markedly improved,there is statistically significant difference(P <0.05).Inter-group comparison, after treatment 2 weeks,4 weeks,8 weeks,the comparison of two groups and the difference between treatment before and after treatment with CHr,SF,the difference had no statistical significance.After treatment 2 weeks,the comparison of sTfR with the difference between the two groups before and after treatment,the differences were significant(P <0.05),it showed that sTfR be increased in the observation group were better than the control group.After treatment of 4 weeks,the comparation of the two groups of Hb,the difference has statistical significance(P <0.05),it show that,in the treatment of 4 weeks,the observation group of the improvement of Hb in the children with IDA is superior to control group.In addition,two groups of CHr have reached the normal range after treatment 2 weeks(CHr≥26pg),and CHr of the observation group has reached the average range of the health group,while CHr of the control group is still under the average of he health group.8 weeks after treatment,the observation group compared with healthy control group, there was no significant difference;but,the control group compared with the healthy control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), which inproved that CHr of the observation group increased to the average scope of the healthy children in the first.Comparison of the overall effect,after treatment from 0 to 8 weeks,two groups of CHr and sTfR compared the overall effect of the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);two groups of Hb and SF difference between the overall effects were not statistically significant.Conclusion:IDA in children with Hb,SF,sTfR and CHr had significant correlation,one of the greatest relevance is Hb and CHr.The sensitivity, specificity and area under the ROC curve of CHr were greater than the SF and sTfR,CHr can be sensitive to react the changes of the iron status in bone marrow,and CHr can be used as the evaluation of patients with iron deficiency anemia after treatment of bone marrow response to treatment target is more sensitive.The curative effect of the treatment of Non-rion pure tranditional chinese medicine erxuebao oral solution and Lifeineng caps in the IDA be equaled.Erxuebao oral solution was better than Lifeineng caps in improving the clinical symptoms,such as the loss of appetite,shortness of breath fatigue, tired easily and so on,with fewer side effects,better compliance,the characteristics of a significant effect.
