Tong Feng Tai Granules For IL-1β, IL-8 Of Gout Rabbit And The Clinical Research

ObjectiveTong Feng Tai granules on experimental rabbits through knee fluid IL-1β, IL-8,as well as by observing the treatment of acute gouty arthritis patient's clinical efficacy,confirmed that Tong Feng Tai has a strong anti-inflammatory effects and prevention of early renal damage role.Experiment Study32 New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into sub-groups of Chinese medicine,western medicine group,model group,normal group,According to Mc Carty,DJ Methods classic model of acute gouty knee model,used Tong Feng Tai granules,diclofenac sodium capsules,oral saline to fill the stomach, 7 days later,knee joint effusion was detected by ELISA in IL-1β,IL-8 levels. The results of traditional Chinese medicine group,western medicine group and model group compared with the normal group,IL-1β,IL-8 were highly expressed (P<0.01),traditional Chinese medicine group,western medicine group and model group,the difference is also statistically significant(P<0.01),while the Chinese group and western medicine group,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).The results suggest that Tong Feng Tai granules can be a significant reduction in the rabbit model of synovial fluid IL-1β,IL-8 levels in acute gouty arthritis intervention have better effects,and with considerable sodium capsules.Clinical Study90 cases diagnosed as acute gouty arthritis were randomly divided into three groups,Chinese medicine+Western medicine group(36 cases) to the Tong Feng Tai particles and diclofenac sodium capsules,Chinese medicine group(28 cases) to the Tong Feng Tai particles,western medicine group(26 cases) to diclofenac sodium capsules.Treatment of 5 days to observe the condition to improve the situation,Chinese medicine + Western medicine group cured 12 cases, with a total effective rate was 83.3%,7 cases recovered the Chinese Medicines group,the total effective rate was 71.4%,6 cases of recovery of western medicine group,the total effective rate 73.1%.Chinese medicine + western medicine group were higher than the total effective rate of Chinese medicine group,western medicine group.The overall effect from the clinical point of view,single-use Chinese medicine and western medicine alone,the effect of the difference was not obvious.Chinese medicine combined with western medicine is better than the effect of Chinese medicine or Western.medicine alone.SummaryExperimental studies have shown that Tong Feng Tai granules can be a significant reduction in the rabbit model of synovial fluid IL-1β,IL-8 levels in acute gouty arthritis intervention have better effects,and with considerable sodium capsules.Clinical study results showed that Tong Feng Tai granules combined with diclofenac sodium capsules in improving clinical symptoms,especially in the prevention and treatment of early kidney damage, more effective than diclofenac sodium capsules alone.And single-use Chinese medicine and western medicine group alone there was no significant difference between the efficiency of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of acute gouty arthritis precise clinical efficacy.
