| In This study,clinical effects and the changes of serum level of testosterone by treatment method of replenishing yin and removing heat and toxic.It can provide the basis for treatment of female post-adolescent acne by method of replenishing yin and removing heat and toxic material by observing and analyzing the clinical effects of female post-adolescent ache.Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of treatment method of replenishing yin and removing heat and toxic material in the treating female post-adolescent acne,to explore the changes of serum testosterone levels.Methods:The patients were randomly divided into two groups.60 cases in treatment group,treated with method of replenishing yin and removing heat and toxic material,30 cases in control group,treated with removing heat acne tablets.The patients of two group were wiped liquid nitrogen.The course of treatment was one months(a course of treatment for two weeks).To observe the clinical effects and to measure the changes of Serum Testosterone levels.The data are analysised by the statistical software named spss 13.0.Results:Compared with the control group,the total effective rate in the treated group was more effective,comparison between them showed difference,there was statistics difference between them(P＜0.05).Compared with the control group,the TCM Syndrome in the treated group was more effective,comparison between them showed very significant difference,there was very significant statistics difference between them(P＜0.01).The treated group after the treatment,serum level Of testosterone showed lower compared with the treated group before the treatment(P＜0.05). Conclusion:Treatment method of replenishing yin and removing heat and toxic material could lower the serum level of testosteroneand with few adverse reaction treating female post-adolescent,lt is effective and safe,and worth to recommended in clinical application. |
