[Objective]:To evaluate arthroscopic reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament with either a third-central bone-patellar tendon-bone autograft or four-strand semitendinosus/gracilis autograft.A single surgeon Performed all operation.The patients were followed and cheeked the range of motion and stability of the knee,the knee function in daily activities,the level of return to sports[Materials and Methods]:A retrospective analysis was done on 30 cases undergoing reconstruction with a third-central bone-patellar tendon-bone autograftand 30 cases treated with four-strand semitendinosus/gracilis autograft.[Results]:No statistical difference was found between the groups in regard of the Lysholm knee score,overall IKDC score that stand for patient satisfaction,knee function and stability.The patellar tendon procedure group had a significantly higher knee pain rate than the hamstring group.[Conclusion]:The results of following were no significant differences...
