Well known as one of the vital vector pests in the world, is characterized by strong adaptability to habitat, rapid propagating and antimicrobial resistance to chemical insecticides. Blattella germanica's infringement to our country has been grave with each passing day since 1990s, resulting in its becoming one of the pestiferous pests in cities which was hard to prevent and control. At present, medical management was still the main measure to control the number of vector insects like Blattella Germanic in our country. However, as a result of the chronic abuse of some chemical insecticides especially pyrethroid pesticides, many pestiferous pests, including Blattella Germanic, have produced insecticide resistance, which become the key factor of restricting the chemical control of vector pests. Therefore, timely, accurate and rapid resistance detection as well as the research on the development and level of resistance was significant to making rational strategy. In addition, it also has very important theoretical significance and applicable value. The texts took Blattella germanica as research object. First, make a research on diverse strains of Blattella germanica's resistance to 9 insecticides, beta-cypermethrin, azamethiphos permethrin, cypermethrin, deltamethrin, beta-cyfluthrin, propoxur, dichlorvos and chlorpyrifos, referring to residue method. (The samples of Blattella germanica came from some places in Shandong province, Jinan, Qingdao and Doying). Meanwhile, contrasted with Blattella germanica susceptible strain were respectively detected. The research showed that in terms of the level of resistance to every insecticide, diverse strain was different to each other. The study of KT50 could unfold each strain's level of resistance rapidly and accurately, offering chemical resistance-detection data and approaches for prevention and management of Blattella germanica in different regions and serving to make rational strategy.Second, referring to the method of GB 13917.1--13917.8—92 for insecticide registered testing indoor effect. What's more, do some improvement in some ways. By experimenting repeatedly, be sure of beta-cyfluthrin's five deuto-lethal concentration and spray quantitative beta-cyfluthrin of different concentration on them for 24, 48, 72, 96, 120 and 144 hours in laboratory, in order to research the temporal variation of glutathione s-transferase(GSTs), acetylcholinesterase(AChE), alkaline phosphatase (AKP) and acid phosphatase(ACP) and the operational mechanisms of beta-cyfluthrin thoroughly. Morever, it was good to study the dosage effect and the time effect correlation between beta-cyfluthrin and different enzymes'activities of Blattella germanica. The results showed that the retro-3 enzymes from Blattella germanica were all one of the targets of beta-cyfluthrin. After analysing the results of these enzymes activities we could find that beta-cyfluthrin has apparently inhibitory effect on AChE and AKP and the results also show the concentration effect and the time effect correlation between them. The effect on GSTs was not very obvious, which was probably because GSTs was not the main target of pyrethroid pesticides. As for the concentration effect and the time effect of ACP, the correlation of the inductive intensition and the concentration of beta-cyfluthrin was positive relationship for some degree. According to the conclusion above, it was implied that we must consider insecticide resistance and pesticide tolerance questions when we use beta-cyfluthrin. We should reasonably control insecticide concentration of our using and scientifically establish spraying time in order to prevent occurrence and development on chemical resistance of Blattella germanica and prolong usable life of insecticides. The research also studied the chemical resistance of Correlated Enzymatics on field strains of Blattella germanica were captured from Jinan,Qingdao and Dongying and compared with susceptible strain. I discussed the senses and utilization of the indexes of biochemistry on GSTs,AChE,AKP and ACP in factually resistant monitoring. The results showed that AChE, AKP and ACP activities were effective indexes of resistant monitoring and GSTs activities could only be reference indexes. Determining structure variation of GSTs or its genes could be more effective than their activities, but it needs more researches. There were some reports relative to the correlation between insect resistance and different enzymes, activities in domestic and foreign papers and magazines, but the effect and operational mechanisms of beta-cyfluthrin on GSTs,AChE,AKP and ACP of Blattella germanica and the correlation between these enzymes, activities and resistance of Blattella germanica have few or no reports. It could be that we only care much about resistance of Blattella germanica because their invasions are stronger and stronger for recent years. The research could not only further perfect the study of operational mechanisms of beta-cyfluthrin and Blattella germanica's resistance to it, but also supply theoretical basis and useful methods for the prevention and management of Blattella germanic. Of course, in the resistant mechanisms researches of Blattella germanica to beta-cyfluthrin, some molecule toxicology mechanisms such as"if some enzymes molecular structure varies when resistance to beta-cyfluthrin results"still need to be researched and perfected thoroughly.
