| Object:To study the body function changing rules of 15 Peking elite female rowing athletes during five weeks training and to use some monitoring methods in their training.Method:Testing the Haemoglobin(HB),Blood Urea(BU), Creatine Kinase(CK) at Monday morning during five weeks and testing the Testosterone(T),Maximal Oxygen Uptake(VO2max), Anaerobic Threshold(AT) at the start and end of total training phase and comparing the results.Finding the athletes' heart rate of VO2max and AT.Using the heart rate in the training to control the training load.Counting the training load(speed and heart rate) in total phase.Result:The training load increased gradually in five weeks. The physiological load increased gradually in the first three weeks and then reduced gradually in the last two weeks.Compare in the third week with in the first week the physiological load increasing significantly(p<0.01).From first week to the forth week HB reduced gradually.Compare in the 3rd week, the 4th week, the 5th week with the 1st week HB reducing significantly(p<0.01).The HB in the 5th week increased significantly comparing to the 3rd week(p<0.01).BUN changed following the physiological load.It raised the top at the 3rd week and have the significant different with the other weeks(p<0.01). Compare in the basic week, the training weeks CK increasing significantly(p<0.01).The 3rd week's CK compare to the 2nd week's increasing significantly(p<0.05),and the 4th week's CK compare to the 3rd week's reducing significantly(p<0.01).Compare in the end of training phase with the beginning of training phase T,VO2max,AT, VE,reducing significantly. Conclusion:the body function change trend was similar with the changing of the physiological load.T and the Aerobic Capacity(AeC) would fall at the end of training phase if have not enough recovery. To use of polar watch and the heart rate of VO2max and AT can monitor the training effectively. |
