Clinical Efficacy Of Immediate Loading In Anterior Implants

Objective: To elevate the clinical efficacy of immediate loading inanterior implants.Methods: 48 implants were placed in 33 patients and implants wereimmediate loaded providing support for fixed provisional prosthesis within 3- 6 months. Then, metal-ceremic crowns were completed. All patientswere followed up by 1, 3, 6, 12 months and the patients were checkedevery 12 months.Results: Follow-up post-prosthesis was the minimum being 3 months andthe maximum 24 months. All cases achieved good clinical efficacy.Conclusion: Clinical studies on the placement of immediate restoration inanterior implant have revealed predictable results.
