Expression Of Survivin,nm23-h1 And Matrix Metalloproteinase-2 In Cervical Carcinoma

Objective To observe the expression of survivin,nm23-h1,and matrix metalloproteinase-2(mmp-2) in human cercical carcinoma,to obtain the theoretical basis for predicting cervical carcinoma in its early diagnosis,happen and development.Methods Tissues were obtained from 35 cases of cervical carcinoma,20 cases of normal cervices and 31 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN).The expression and distribution of survivin,nm23-h1 and mmp-2 proteins were detected by immunohistochemistry SP method using monoclonal antibody to their protein.Statistical analysis was performed by x~2 and coefficient of correlativity.Results The expression of survivin and mmp-2 in cervical carcinoma was higher than in CIN and normal cervices;The expression of nm23-h1 in cervical carcinoma was lower than in CIN and normal cervices;There was statistical significance.No significance correlation could be established between the expression of nm23-h1 and mmp-2 and the clinical stage and the pathological types.but there were significant correlation in the pathologic grade and the lymphatic metastasis.Significant correlation could be established between the expression of survivin and the clinical stage,pathologic grade and lymphatic metastasis.There were positive correlation between survivin and mmp-2;There were negative correlation between survivin and nm23-h1;There were negative correlation between mmp-2 and nm23-h1.Conclusion There were significant difference in the expression of survivin,nm23-h1 and mmp-2 in CIN,normal cervices and cervical carcinoma.The expression of survivin and mmp-2 in cervical carcinoma is higher;The expression of nm23-h1 in cervical carcinoma is lower.The three united may look as the indicators for predicting cervical carcinoma in its early diagnosis,happen and development.
