Objective:Asymptomatic congenital CMV(cytomegalovirus,CMV) infection in children with follow-up observation of.Asymptomatic congenital cytomegalovirus infection in children with immune status changes in the law of quantitative CMV-DNA in urine and the situation of children with hearing impairment relations. Methods:in February 2007~October 2008 in Qingdao Women and Children Health Care Center, inpatient obstetric and neonatal newborn,14 days after birth to collect urine CMV-DNA monitoring,75 cases of infected children diagnosed asymptomatic congenital cytomegalovirus as a study group,35 cases of newborns in the same period non-infected with HCMV for the control group,follow-up are carried out at 14 days,1 month,2 month,3 month,6 month FQ-PCR detection of HCMV-DNA,Distortion product otoacoustic emissions(DPOAE) otoacoustic hair that also known as otoacoustic emission(otoacoustic emission,OAE) and brainstem auditory evoked potentials(brainstem auditory evoked potential,BAEP),also known as auditory brainstem response(auditory brainstem response,ABR) test and hearing screening, collected Peripheral blood 2ml,Labeled monoclonal antibody using indirect ELISA ABC detect T-cell subsets,to determine the cellular immune functionResults:1.Newborn with asymptomatic congenital HCMV infection:CD4,CD8,CD3,CD4/CD8 average slightly lower, when at1 month,2 month,3 month,6 month.CD4,CD3,CD4/CD8 in newborn with asymptomatic congenital HCMV infection mean e difference waslightly lower,CD8 increased but ths not significant(P>0.05).Compared with the control group no significant difference2 Newborn with asymptomatie congenital HCMV infection:IL-2,IL-6,γ-IFNaverage slightly higher, when at1 month,2 month,3 month,6 month IL- 2,IL-6,γ-IFN in newborn with asymptomatic congenital HCMV infection mean difference waslightly higher, but ths not significant(P>0.05).Compared with the control group no significant difference3 Relation the Urine quantitative CMV-DNA status and the cellular immune function Children with asymptomatic CMV infection CMV-DNA quantity of urine>10~5copies/mL CD4, CD3,CD4/CD8 mean lower more obvious than the other two groups(<10~5copie s/mL and the control group of children) with increasing in quantity that CMV-DNA in urine, the cellular immune functionof children has changed significantly. However, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).4..Children with asymptomatic CMV infection CMV-DNA quantity of urine>10~5copies/mL IL-2,IL-6,γ-IFN mean higher more obvious than the other two groups(<10~5copie s/mL and the control group of children) with increasing in quantity that CMV-DNA in urine, the cellular immune function of children has changed significantly. However, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions:Asymptomatic congenital cytomegalovirus infection in children with deafness exist, and was carried out and volatility. The relationship between quantitative detection of CMV-DNA and heating damage must exist,in particular the quantitative CMV-DNA>10~5.The the probability of occurrence of hearing loss increased significantly. The relationship between quantitative CMV-DNA detection and the cellular immune function must exist,in particular the quantitative CMV-DNA>10~5.in children with asymptomatic congenital cytomegalovirus infection ellular immune function reduce the more as an increase in Quantitative CMV-DNA...
