| Objective To summarize the clinical features of 38 cases Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome-associated digesting system manifestation, take enhances to digestive tract symptoms as the first round performance AIDS s clinical diagnosis.Methods To review and analyzed the clinical data of 38 AIDS patients with digestive system diseases in November , 2003 - June , 2008.Results In the AIDS related digestive system diseases the morbidity of oropharyngeal and the gastrointestinal lesions occurred in 27 cases (71.1%), while hepatic, biliary and pancreatic impairment occurred in 24 cases (63.2%) , exist at the same time the incidence of these two kinds of lesions for 18 cases (47.37 %).Clinical manifestation of AIDS were diarrhea, the abdominal pain and hepatosplenomegaly accompanied by fever, emaciation and superficial lymphadenopathy that were commonly seen in AIDS patients. 38 cases of AIDS patients in 19 cases, respectively endoscopy or colonoscopy trip show: 6 cases of ulcer, 9 cases of mucosal erosion, no abnormal 4 cases, one of five cases of gastrointestinal ulcer (2 cases of gastric ulcer, colon 3 cases of multiple ulcers ) line biopsy, pathological findings are generally non-specific inflammation.Conclusions 1. Clinical manifestations of AIDS are complicated and various , and the digestive system is one of the most common involved systems. 2. AIDS patients with common digestive performance has abdomi-nal distention abdominal pain, diarrhea, hepatosplenomegaly and so on,theperformance of the digestive tract by endoscopic mucosal erosions, mainlyulcers. 3.When treating a patient with significant digestive tract symptomsand accompaniments such as fever , emaciation and superficial lymphaden-opathy, clinicians should keep vigilance for thepossibility of AIDS andprescribe corresponding examinations. |
