| Objective: To evaluate the effect of sevoflurane, isoflurane and enflurane on hepatoma carcinoma cell cultured in vitro, and alpha-fetoprotein secreted.Method: Hepatoma carcinoma cells were cultured, then sevoflurane, isoflurane and enflurane were added separately. Proliferation rate and suppression rate were detected by MTT. We investigated the proliferative effect of haloid inhalation anesthetic on hepatoma carcinoma cell cultured in vitro by detecting alpha-fetoprotein in supernatant fluid using ELISA.Results: MTT method showed that there are no significant difference in growth rate between sevoflurane, isoflurane and enflurane on HepG2 cells cultured in vitro (P>0.05). The alpha-fetoprotein secreted by HepG2 cells had no significant difference when using sevoflurane, isoflurane and enflurane with different concentration (P>0.05). It revealed that there are no proliferative and suppressive effect of halogeno-inhalation anesthetic on HepG2 cells cultured in vitro. Conclusion: There are no proliferative and suppressive effect of sevoflurane, isoflurane and enflurane on HepG2 cells cultured in vitro. |
