Objective:To discuss both influence of pathogenic gestation week of early onset severe preeclampsia(ES-PE) on prognosis of maternal neonatal in perinatal period and appropriate time for conservative treatment.Methods:.Retrospective analysis of 63 cases of early onset severe preeclampsia via conservative treatment in our department from Oct.2001 to Feb.2009 is to be made.It is divided into 3 groups based on pathogenic gestation week:group A(20 weeks0.05).4.The death rate of 3 groups of infant and neonatal is significance over statistics(p<0.05),while the difference of the rate of fetal distress and neonatal asphyxia of 3 groups was not statistically significant(p>0.05).Conclusion:Because of the serious impaction on maternal and child prognosis in early onset severe pre-eclampsia,we should select strictly suitable cases and carry out conservative treatment according to patient's condition, monitor the maternal-fetal situation and select suitable methods of termination of pregnancy to reduce maternal and child adverse pregnancy outcomes.
