| Objective:To explore the methods and clinical effects of AF internal fixation system used in the treatment of thoracolumbar fracture. Methods:Analysis 47 cases of thoracolumbor fractures those were treated with the AF replacement, internal fixation and selective decompression, before and after operation and the follow-up X-ray picture,CT and clinical performance. The average makes a follow-up visit for 24 months.Results:47 cases of patients with vertebral injury vertebral height ratio for the preoperative 0.403±0.124,after 0.892±0.0965,after 18 months 0.789±0.106. Cobb's corner are:preoperative 32.41±11.95°,after 7.607±6.613°,after 18 months 10.97±6.889°,with varying degrees of loss. One case of screw was broken, two cases of screw was loose in later period. Conclusion:AF pedicle screw system is simple, fixed solid, easy adjustment, decompression accurate and Exactly effect and is the good fixation device in the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures. |
