Objective: This project adopts the dyeing method to compare the degree of the microleakage of premolar typeⅤhole filled by Ceramage polymerization porcelain inlay, Filtek z250 composite resin, Filtek z250 composite resin and Lonosit , Ceramage polymerization porcelain inlays and Lonosit, composite the filling materials effect and provide experimental data for clinical application. Methods: Choose forty recently extracted human normal bicuspid teeth and randomly divide them into A, B, C and D groups, with ten teeth in each group. Make for V-type holes (length 3mm, width 3mm; depth 2 mm). Group A and Group D requested 2-5 open thought wall. Group A: Take bicuspid teeth and product of polymer-ceramic inlay. etch for 20 seconds, wash, dry, smear binder, light for 20 seconds. With DMG permacem smartmix Dual adhesive Ceramage porcelain inlay, light for 40 seconds, grind and polish. Group B: etch for 20 seconds, wash, dry, smear binder, light for 20 seconds, fill composite resin, light for 40 seconds, grind and polish. Group C: smear Lonosit, light for 20 seconds, The rest procedures follow those of Group B. Group D : smear Lonosit, light for 20 seconds. The rest procedures follow those of group A. Four groups of bicuspid teeth were placed in saline and stored at room temperature normal 24 hours .Then carried out in a water bath. Remove the bicuspid teeth, dry, wax-embedded samples closed apical hole. and backfill at 1mm away from the edge of layer 2 applied nail polish, dry, Add 2% methylene blue solution soak for 72 hours. Brushed the surface dye, dry, cut teeth using carborundum chip, 100% ethanol ultrasonic cleaning for 15 minutes. The microleakage of the 4 groups had been measured by stereomicroscope and SEM.Record the statistics and analyze it through Kruslal-Wallis test by using SPSS10.0 software package. Results: 1. The data indicate that the degrees of microleakage between the four groups are significantly different (P<0.01), the microleakage of Ceramage polymerization porcelain inlay group is statistically lower than Filtek z250 composite resin group (P <0.0083). The difference between other groups is not significant (P> 0.0083).2. Stereomicroscope observation: the dye infiltrated and coloured more deeply between Filtek z250 composite resin with the wall than Ceramge polymerization porcelain inlay .3. SEM observation, Ceramge polymerization porcelain is more closely bonded than Filtek z250 composite resin, Lonosit is bonded to dental organizations, Ceramge polymerization porcelain and Filtek z250 composite resin. Conclusion: 1. Both Ceramge polymerization porcelain and Filtek z250 composite resin have different degrees of marginal microleakage。2. The degree of Ceramge polymerization porcelain inlay's degree of marginal microleakage is Significantly lower than Filtek z250 composite resin(P<0.0083).3. Whether Lonosit can reduce the material microleakage before Polymerization Ceramage porcelain inlays and composite resin Filtek z250 filling holes has yet to be explored.
