Analysis On Impact Factors Of Medical Dispute And Intervention Study

With the development of science and technology and the applications of the effective treatment of diseases, the quality of people's expectations on health care improves gradually. The medical profession belongs to a high-risk and high-tech area, and the high-risk and high-tech nature of the medical services decides the inevitability of the medical dispute. With the social progress and development, national legal system sounds increasingly, as well as gradually rise of the healthy needs and the awareness of the law in people, medical disputes has increased year by year, giving both the patient and the doctor a number of adverse effects and hazards.Our countries'medical malpractice and the disputes show a rising trend year by year, as a hospital manager should be envisage the medical risks, having a comprehensive understanding of them, and taking the specific manage-measures to reduce the health risks brought about by medical risks, keeping the common interest between both sides of the patients and the doctors. How to protect patients and medical personnel's legitimate rights and interests of both sides has become an hot issue in our society nowadays.In our country there have more macro-level studies on the cause, principles of keeping away and dealing with medical dispute, while the systematic analysis on the course of the medical dispute is absent; there has been no research on factors leading to typical medical dispute and their occurrence, development, change, formation and transformation .Medical institutions have not set up the complete system of supervision, control and intervention of medical dispute yet. While dealing with medical disputes ,the measures are randomized and blindfold lacking of pertinence and systematization.According to literature review of the issues, expert advice and sample survey questionnaires, referring to the theories of crisis management, based on the clinic investigation and intervention, analyze the leading factors, causes of occurrence, development, change and formation, transformation results and mutual relationships of factors by the means of case study of medical dispute from three affiliated hospitals. This research reveals the forming rules of medical dispute and built up the invention system. From the causes and formation of medical disputes, stage theory of medical dispute was established together with the intervention and interdiction charging of medical disputes from the view of micro-level. According to the action characters of the ill in, medical disputes can be divided into four periods: latent period, unveil period, break out period, deferment period. Systematic and pertinent measures of each period will improve the successful rate of intervention and the best opportunity to interdict medical dispute is the latent period.In this study, we make a more comprehensive, systematic study to the cause of the medical dispute, revealing the development rules of medical disputes and brought up the concept of staging , established the intervention system and ensured the best intervention timing and method. This study provides a new way of thinking and methods in the prevention and intervention of medical disputes.
