Object:By analyzing the reason and features of the preoperative head CT scanning of different children suffering Cyanotic congenital heart disease(CCHD),get the relativity between the result of CT scanning and prethrombotic state(RBC,HB,PCV,PLC) in order to guide the clinical drugging and to provide distinguishable evidence from encephalic haemorrhage.Patients and method:Review the preoperative head CT scanning results owned by 128 children suffering CCHD from January 2007 to April 2008,then pick up 104 chlidren's preoperative head CT scanning results who were suffering non-Cyanotic congenital heart disease and 77 chlidren's preoperative head CT scanning results who were non-congenital heart disease as comparison.By the table rank sum test,we can find out if there is significant difference between these three groups;By the Rank sum test and Dunnett's T3,we can find out if there is significant difference in RBC among these three groups.By the One-way ANOVA analyse and the least significant difference,we can find out if there is significant difference of the parameters such as HB,PCV and PLC among these three groups;By the Kolmogorov-Smimov test,we can find out if there is different ratio of CT results in different types of CCHD.We classify the head CT scanning results into 4 grade, get the intrinsic association through the Box-type diagram in the parameters such as RBC,HB,PCV and PLC.we study the relativity between the CT classificatory changing of CCHD and the parameters such as RBC,HB,PCV and PLC.At last we study their statistical relationship by using Logistic regression theory and make the regression equation. Results:By statistical calculation,P is lower than 0.05 in the group which have the enhancement-alike appearance in head CT scanning,so there is statistical difference.By statistical calculation,P is higher than 0.05 in the ratio of enhancement-alike appearance owned by children suffering different type of CCHD,So there is no statistical difference. P is lower than 0.01.There is correlation between the enhancement-alike appearance in head CT scanning and the parameters such as RBC,HB,PCV and PLC.The P of HB is lower than 0.01.It suggests that hemoglobin is related with the enhancement-alike changing in head CT scanning owned by the children suffering CCHD,and this relationship is positive. Conclusion:The enhancement-alike appearance in head CT scanning is the distinguishing changing resulted from Cyanotic congenital heart disease(CCHD).The ratio of enhancement-alike appearance has no differences among the different types of CCHD. There is positive relationship between the enhancement-alike appearance in head CT scanning and concentration of hemoglobin. In the preoperative head CT scanning of CCHD,transverse sinus appear the high- density at first.
