The Clinical Study Of Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma

Object:To study the clinical significance of gender,age,clinical stages,LDH,β2-MG,IPI and bone marrow involvement in Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL)。Methods:107 patients with DLBCL treated form January 2004 to October 2008 in First Affiliated Hospital,College of Medicine,Zhejiang University,were enrolled and analyzed retrospectively.The gender,age,clinical stages,LDH,β2-MG,IPI,bone marrow involvement were examined。Results:DLBCL occurred in 50-60years old,and the incidence rate is more for men than women.There are 28 patients inⅠ+Ⅱstage,and 79 patients inⅢ+Ⅳstage。The LDH andβ2-MG levels inⅢ+Ⅳstage were obviously higher than that inⅠ+Ⅱstage,and there was significant difference(P＜0.05).The median survival time of patients with LDH＜250U/L is 16.5 months,250-350U/L is 15.3 months,350-500U.L 9.75 months,LDH＞500U/L4.5 months,there are significant differences(P＜0.05). The median survival times of patients indifferent levels ofβ2-MG have no significant difference.The median survival time of patients with IPI 0-2 is 17.14 months,and with IPI 3-5 is 7.88 months,there was significant difference,p=0.038。 Conclusion:IPI and bone marrow involvement are the important prognostic factors in DLBCL.The levels of serum LDH can be the prognosis of clinical stage and prognostic factors.The levels ofβ2-MG may assist in clinical stage,but not prognosis of DLBCL。...
