Objective:Guided by the meridian(acupoints)-viscera relation theory,the anti-ventricular airrhythmiasa effect of electric needle stimulating different Choujung(NEIguan,LEIque,TAIyuan,DAling,ZUsanli,LIANGqiu,YANGlingquan and FENGshi)was studied according to ECG, heart sympathetic discharging,vagi nerve discharging and the AChE of autonomic nerves.The main purpose is to explore the difference and the function of the effect coursed by electric needle stimulating different Choujungs on the ventricular airrhythmiasa rats.Methods:180 male SD rats weighting 200~250g were randomly divided into normal group(A,10 rats);model controlled group(B,10 rats);electric needle controlled group(C,80rats);electric needle treatment group(D,80 rats). Group C and D are further more divided into C1—C8 and D1—D8 subunits corresponding to NEIguan,LEIque,TAIyuan,DAling,ZUsanli,LIANGqiu,YANGlingquan and FENGshi.The ventricular airrhythmiasa model were induced by cesium chloride iv,then electric needle stimulates 5 minutes and keeps for 10 minutes to observe the ECG,heart sympathetic and vagi nerve discharging.Histochemistry methods are also used to detect the vigour ofacetylcholine esterase in sympathetic and parasympathetic nerve centers.Result:1.ECG:The heart rate reduces significantly in group B after ventricular airrhythmias model being made than before(P<0.05);There was no significance after and before electric needling in Controlled group, whereas shows significance in comparison with group B after ventricular airrhythmias model being made(P<0.05);the heart rate after removing the electric needle increased significantly in comparison with that after ventricular airrhythmias model being made in sub- groups D1—D8(P<0.05);in sub-unites D1—D8,the effct of NEIguan is most obvious and shows significance in comparison with other Choujungs(P<0.05) DAling and ZUsanli less than it.2.The nerve discharging:The vagi nerve discharging reduced,and the heart sympathetic nerve discharging increased after ventricular airrhythmias model being made in group B,showing significant difference in comparison with group A(P<0.05);There was no significance for the sympathetic and vagi nerve discharging frequency in group C comparing with that in group A,and showed significance comparing with that in group B(P<0.05).Vagi nerve discharged more and sympathetic nerve discharged less in group D after being stimulated by the electric needle,with significant difference in comparison with group B(P<0.05). in sub-unites D1—D8,the effct of NEIguan and DAling is better obvious and shows significance in comparison with other Choujungs(P<0.05), NEIguan is the best.3.The gray value of AChE:the gray value of AChE in vagi nerve complex and medullary bulb,spinal lateral crus were70.29±7.91,71.48±6.20 in group A.Gray value of AChE was higher in group B than that in group A and the difference was significant between groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference of gray value of all sub-groups in group C comparing with that in group A;the gray value of all sub-groups in group D was lower than group B,there was significant difference between all groups;NElguan was lower than all other sub-groups in group D with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Stimulating 8 Choujung(NEIguan,DAling and so on) with electric needles shows different improving effection on heart electric.NEIguan and DAling is better than all the other Choujungs,NEIguan is the best.2.Stimulating 8 Choujung with electric needles shows different effect on vagi nerve discharging and sympathetic nerve discharging.NEIguan is better than all the other Choujung.The the adjustment of nervus autonomici activeness is one of the important course to realizes the difference effect on adjusting the heart movement of the ventricular airrhythmiasa.3.Stimulating 8 Choujung with electric needles shows different effect on AChE activety in vagi nerve complex and medullary bulb especially. NEIguan shows the regulating effect of the AChE.And the potential mechanism is maybe to protect the heart by regulating the tensity of sympathetic and parasympathetic nerve.
