In the article, Scorpions were processed with a new method of freeze-drying after low temperature freez-killing, that can effectively prevent the denaturation,degradation and loss of activity protein. On the basis of processing, we select homogenate as extraction method, then enzymolysis the homogenate solution, and determine the 30~50kd fraction in the enzyme solution for the effective site combined with the ultrafiltration and pharmacodynamic experiment . After that single factor experiment and orthogonal test are designed to optimize the enzymolysis craft with the index of protein content in 30~50kd ultrafiltrate solution.Then we do a preliminary analysis of research to enzymolysis ultrafiltrate solution with SDS-PAGE ,and we conducted a preliminary efficacy study at last.The preliminary pharmacodynamic experiments show that the 30~50kd ultrafiltrate solution in the enzyme solution prepared with this technology, can antagonize several convulsion models in varying degrees.
