To Authenticate The Scale Of The Deficiency Of Spleen An Kidney In Urinary Of Internal Medicine

Objective:To authenticate the scientificalness of the scale of the deficiency of spleen and kidney in urinary of internal medicine,and to consummate the programme of the scale.Using the scale,unify the dialectical standard of deficiency of spleen and kidney,making the diagnosis objective and standardized.Methods:Using confirmmatory factor analysis,reliability analysis,validity analysis and Single-factor analysis to evaluate the scale of the deficiency of spleen and kidney inurinary of inernal medicine.Using the scale of the deficiency of spleen and kidney in urinary to do the clinical Investigation.Using Statistical methods and combining the professional knowledge of TCM,to modify the scale,evaluate the reliability,the validity and the responsibility to change,and analyse the Impact factors of the scale score.Result:(1)The Acceptance rate is 100%,the Completion rate is 100%,the Average Completion Time is 5' 20 minutes,the longest one is 8' 30 minutes,The shortest time is 4' 10minutes.The above results indicate that this scale has good feasibility.(2) The reliability analysis of the scale of the deficiency of spleen and kidney in urinary of inernal medicine:①Through the split-half reliability method to calculate the Scale reliability coefficient was 0.773;②Chronbach'sαcoefficient of the dimensions are between 0.702-0.805,Chronbach'sαcoefficientof the scale is 0.801;Description of this scale has good reliability.(3)The validity analysis of the scale of the deficiency of spleen and kidney in urinary of inernal medicine:①Each entry points and their scores at the dimension of the correlation coefficient above 0.5,Note where each entry with a high correlation dimension;②The scale of the overall fit test Chi-square value(CMIN)is 72.71,Degrees of freedom (DF) is 71,CMIN / DF is 1.015,P is 0.421,GFI is 0.956,AGFI was 0.901,Actual data with the scale factor structure model fit better;Description of this scale has good validity.(4)The responsibility to change of the scale of the deficiency of spleen and kidney in urinary of inernal medicine:1 week interval,The duplicate survey measurement,Scale total score and dimension scores which are before and after treatment are between 6.328-13.98.P is 0.000.All that can reflect after 1 week the symptoms and signs of patients has changed,the scale has a good responsibility.(5) Though the ROC analysis,the dividing score of the scale is 24.5.Conclusion.This study developed the scale of the deficiency of spleen and kidney in urinary of inernal medicine has good reliability,validity and responsibility to change,It is credible,effective and sensitive。The results provide an alternative instrument for the integrated evaluation of the deficiency of the spleen and kidney qi in urinary of internal Medicine.It provide a reference for clinical intervention and prevention,and it accumulat experience for future research and application.
