Zi-Dian-Qing Treatment Allergic Purpura Curative Effect Clinical Observation

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Zi-Dian-Qing grain on patients of anaphylactoid purpura.to the provision of new treatment methods and Clinical basisMethods:Methods of open label were applicated.60patients of HSP were divided into two groups,as the Zi-Dian-Qing observed group including 30 cases and Prednisone respectively controlled group including 30 cases. TheZiDianQing grain treatment and Conventional western medicine were given to the observaton group.Prednisone respectively and Conventional western medicine were given to the controlled group.Results:1.It is find that the Zi-Dian-Qing observed group 's controlget a better curative effect.The total effective rate of ZiDianQinggroup reaches 93.33%. Compared with the control groupthey can attain the same effection in curing HSP.(P＞0.05).The bleeding of skin and the symptoms of joint swelling and pain or abdominal pain have also effective improvement.Themean missing time of the bleeding of skin is shorter than those of the controls.but have no statistics effect(P＞0.05).The cureness time of the symptoms of joint swelling and pain or abdominal pain is longer than those of the control group.but have no obvious difference(P＞0.05).2.ZiDianQing group can significantly shorten theremission time of clinical manifestation of urine and proteinuria(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The observation group is the same effective as the methyprednisolone.ZidianQing grain can take the place of the methyprednisolone in curing HSP.And the improvement of protein in urine than prednisone.
