To the 25 acetabulum bone fracture cases who are based on Radiographic, the 2DCT, the MSCT 3D reconstruction picture before the surgery who carry on the classification taking Judet-Lerournel as the standard, and compares with the sees in the surgery.The appraisal to the Radiographic, the 2D CT picture, the MSCT 3D reconstruction picture before surgery to the classification of the acetabulum bone fracture which tally with the situation as well as the guiding sense which treat to the surgery.Results:1 The 3D reconstruction picture of acetabulum bone fracture can clearly reflect 3D space relations of bone fracture , increase the information content comparing to the Radiographic , discover 11 bone fracture block which haven't discovered in the Radiographic.Based on the Judet-Lerournel classification, compare with the result of Radiographic before surgery and the data obtained after surgery, the difference between the two group is obvious, has statistics significance (p <0.05) .2 The difference of useing 2D CT and 3D reconstruction classification is not obvious, has non-statistics significance (p>0.05).Conclusion: 1 Although in the bone joint injury Radiographic is the first choice among the phantom inspection,it can't get the overall injury imformation.Therefore it is necessary to carry out the MSCT examination and apply 3D reconstruction technique so as to raise the diagnostic correctness and avoid diagnostic errors and missed diagnosis.2 The MSCT three-dimensional reconstruction technique can evaluate the details of the intra-articular fracture and the articular facet fracture effectively and can accurately reproduce the acetabulum fracture's interspace and lacation information which has directory significance to the treatment of the acetabulum fracture.
