Objective: The aim of the study is using the Xiaoke Tongbi Granule Diabetes Rats'Peri- pheral Nerve Functions model,to study and research their impact on DPN rat serum MBP,I- 1βand TNF-α,CD54 expression,ect. From the perspective of molecular immunology Xiao ke Tongbi Granule control mechanism of DPN.Methods: SD rats of clean grade 50, were equally divided between male and female.Re- purchase adaptation of rats after feeding week.Intraperitoneal injection of STZ method us- ed to copy DM rat model, where the blood glucose≥16.7mmol/L into the model.Check into a mold 40 rats, according to the size of blood glucose levels were randomly divided into model group, particle Xiaoke Tongbi capsule high dose group, low-dose group, mecobala- min control group. Another eight rats as normal control group. Treatment:Stable model 5 days after treatment,normal group and model group: sodium chloride 10ml/kg.ig ,1 times daily . Xiaoke Tongbi particles of high-dose group 1.875g/kg,Xiaoke Tongbi Granule low-dose group0.625g/kg, mecobalamin group300μg/kg, ig,1times daily,every two weeks according to the weight adjust medication. Once a collection of specimens after 8 weeks to detect weight, blood glucose, serum MBP, IL-1? and , CD54, TNF-α.Results:1 The normal course of the experiment rats in good condition. Model group,there is drinking, polyuria, weight loss, dull hair shaft, lying and extrados. The traditional Chinese medicine group and Mecobalam-in group similar, but lighter than the model group.2 The end of the experiment the rats body weight lower than the normal control group. Blood glucose levels higher than those of normal control grou(P<0.05,P<0.01).Medication for 8 weeks compared with the medication for 4 weeks for each drug treatment group increased body weight(P<0.05),however,compared with normal control group remained low(P<0.05).The treatment group compared to glucose with the model group decreased although(P<0.05), but, compared with normal control group is still high(P<0.01).3 DM rats serum MBP,CD54 content than the normal control group was significantly increased (P<0.01,P<0.01).The treatment group of DM rats could reduce the MBP, CD54 content, (P<0.05).Xiaoke Tongbi Granule parti-cularly high-dose group most obvious(P<0. 01).4 DM rats serum IL-1βand TNF-αcontent than the normal control group was significa- ntly increased(P<0.05,P<0.01).Xiaoke Tongbi particles in each group are able to reduce IL- 1βand TNF-α(P<0.05). Mecobalamin group are able to reduce TNF-α,but with Xiaoke To- ngbi Granule group no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusions: The results showed that this group DPN morbidity and immune-related inflammatory response. Xiaoke Tongbi particles can reduce the DPN rat serum MBP, CD54 and IL-1β, TNF-α, such as content, there is the role of inflammatory response inhibiting DPN, mitigate or improve the diabetic peripheral nerve injury.
