Respiratory disease having get more attention than before,and in the way to treatment respiratory disease,inhalation therapy has better curative effect than traditional drug and injection,and this way to cure respiratory disease is more common in clinical application now.For the shortcomings of inhalation therapy,we got the drug particle in the human respiratory numerical simulation about the deposit condition and movement,provide some therpy for inhalation therpy to achieve the effect of target.There are some reasons impact drug particles deposit in respiratory.Through numerical simulation,we have got the movement regular of the drug particle in huaman respiratory,analy the characteristics of the flow and particle trajectory and deposition rate of it.These is very useful for us to assess the factors which impact the drug particles deposit in respiratory and also play an important role in the treatment of respiratory diseases.The paper recommend detailed that the structure,the physiological function of respiration system,and the characteristics of flowing in the respiration.Besides,it has referred such kinds of models as trachea-bronchia in a model of ideal mouth-throat and Weibel,found by aerosol laboratory in Aldan Canada.By reasonable supposition and simply,it has established proper physics model,and finished the modeling and plot girding,to make a basement for the following numerical simulation.According to the fluid characteristic in respiration road,it is gained the calculation region and boundary conditions.It is adopted the RNGκ-εand Standardκ-ωmodel of FULENT to calculate the flow field in up respiratory tract of normol adult male under both stable and unstable situation of there level(Q=30L/min),and makes some comparison between them.Under the study of single-phase,it is adopted the Lagrange frame to trace the aerosol particle track in the tract, furthermore,analyses the sediment situation of several positions in the tract for particles,makes out the sediment ratio for suitable inhale particles,and gains the influence of respiration intensity,particle diameter and density to particle sediment.The result form the paper indicates that the flowing way is mainly influenced by flowing field,whose trace is similar to stream line of flow,however,the entrained probability by reflow region.From the study of sediment ration to aerosol particle,it is gained that the there main factors are respiration intensity,article diameter and density.As the strengthens the respiration intensity,enlarge the particle diameter and density,the sediment ration is also improved, respectively.
