BANKGROUND&OBJECTIVE:There is a high incidence of lung cancer in Xuanwei,Yunnan province,Characterized by a high incidence of female,where the mortality rate of the disease in the female is the highest than in other areas among China.The purpose of this study is a systematic analysis of the chromosomal abnormalities of xuan wei lung adenocarcinoma cell line(XWLC-05) and to provide the basis stratage for the prevention and treatment of the high incidence of lung cancerMETHODE:We prepared the metaphase slides of lymphocytes and XWLC-05 cells, made the normal chromosome as probe then performed the fluroscence in situ hybridization.Lastly recorded and analysized the FISH signals.RESULT:Among XWLC-05 cell line set of chromosomes(1~22 + X),only 4,.18 and X chromosome is normal,and the rest were abnormal chromosomes exist.There were 15 kinds of translocation,for exeample:t(3;1),t(1;9;11),t(15;2),t(15;2;8),t(3;5), t(20;5),t(6;15),t(6;7),t(5;3;10),t(9;11;9),t(21;12),t(19;13),t(8;22;14),t(15;15), t(15:17).CONCLUSION:This study confirmed the variation of lung cancer complicated chromosome diversity,and known the basic chromosome aberrations in xuanwei lung cancer cases,chromosome 1,3,5,6,8,9,15 are more frequent involvement of chromosome translocat ion,and chromosome 15 are the most frequent,which involved five kinds of translocation.It will help to understand the basic rules of chromosomal aberrations of lung cancer and screen the gene characteristic of lung cancer and positional cloning,And then analy the structure,function-related gene from the local selection of the gene map,of which found that the characteristics of lung cancer related genes,for the provision of cancer prevention and treatment options.
