| Objective Through thoroughtly acquainting with the health service,administration, subsidy and income of rural doctors in three counties of Kunming,including Xishan district, Shilin county and Luquan county,so as to synthetically appraise the status and present problems, propose the recommendations and solutions for improving the health service capability of rural doctors,the subsidy and administration to them,stabilized the rural doctors team,and provide the reference for establishing the standardized,systemic,scientific rural doctors team in Kunming and Yunnan Province.Methods The data of the report forms and questionnaires were from the rural Subsidizes,the management,the behavior of medical,the suggestion of the target sample of people,and so on,and follow-up.To analyze these data by SPSS.Results The works of rural doctors have achieved achievement,and have basically formed the frame and the operational mechanism,and the team of the rural doctors is stable.But we discover some results by the investigation:1.The subsidy is very lower between kinds of target population,just only 120.0yuan/month to 150.0yuan/month.2.The structure of the gross income and medical income are illogicality,and the gross income is affected by many factors,and the income of the prescription is affected by New Rural Cooperative Medical system(abbr.NCMS).3.The way and the time of subsidy is illogicality.4.The behavior of prescription is illogicality,too.5.The structure of rural doctor's age is aging.6.The structure of works are illogicality,and the relevant subsidy is lower.The medical skills should be enhance.7.The importance evaluation of health work are affected by many factors.8.The condition of work places is so poor that we must be strengthen in the rural area,and have more commonweal,the medical behavior is decentralization which is ubiquity,and there is situation of family descendiblity in Kunming.9.There is no any welfare system among the rural doctors in Kunming.10.The manager's quality is so lower that should be enhance.Conclusions The rural doctor's work is very good,but their subsidy is very lower in Kunming.so the government should enhance rural doctor's subsidy,and build the mechanism of subsidy.The health condition is so poor that we must be strengthen in the rural area,and have more commonweal.The rural doctor's quality should be strengthen,for example,make the management and supervise system be strong.Improve the ability of which the rural doctor deal with the common disease and public health emergency in the rural area. |
