Objective:To observe the curative effect of clinical treatment of Erxian medicinal broth and ANSHENTONG in knee Osteoarthritis using.Methods:60 patients that consistent with instituted internalize standard were strictly picked out and randomly divided into two groups,treatment group and control group.Treat group(30cases) was taken care of by using Erxian medicinal broth.The trouble knee externally applies partially ANSHENTONG,simultaneously uses 1-2 according to the ache spot and the pathological change scope to paste,daily ten- twenty hours.Controled group(30cases) was treated by Erxian medicinal broth.Method,treatment course with treatment group.The trouble knee externally applies partially WENGANHAOJISHI,simultaneously uses 1-2 according to the ache spot and the pathological change scope to paste,daily twelve hours.The treatment course is six weeks.Foundation treatment:two group of patients carry on extend the knee myo- strength exercise,and the method of extend the knee myo- strength exercise is use the straight leg to raise the law,carries on the evolution load training.When patient daily activity trouble knee kneepad protection.Then we observed and analyzed their forte and shortage in the scores by HSS for the knee,the improve of symptoms of knee Osteoarthritis.Result:HSS for the knee post-treatment of treat group is(94.36±7.37), the total effectiveness is 92.11%;and HSS of controled group is(86.89±8.50),the total effectiveness is 85.29%.There were significant difference(P<0.05) in comparing the scores by HSS for the knee,the improvement of symptoms of knee Osteoarthritis.curative effect after 6 weeks between the two groups.The result indicates that group A surpasses group B in the improve of symptoms of knee Osteoarthritis.Conclusion:The method of Erxian medicinal broth and ANSHENTONG has better effect on the knee Osteoarthritis.It is worth spreading.
