BackgroundChanges in menstrual Hysteromyoma is the main reason for patients to get medical treatment。Menstrual period changes in the volume of performance,shorten the cycle,such as menstrual extended.Long-term chronic blood loss results in blood loss anemia.According to current literature,western medicine focuses on the use of RU486 to reduce myoma' volume,menstruation or amenorrhoea.For severely anemia,clinical practice is to give patients a blood transfusion and then have an operation。Chinese medicine through the Huoxue Huayu Sanjie Xiaozheng to control fibroid growth,shrink the size of fibroids,but patients which hysteromyoma is greater than 3cm in diameter or with heavy periods have poor results.For deficiency of qi xue caused by chronic long-term lossing of blood,according to Chinese medicine theory with Yiqi Yangxue Shengxue for law,clinical practice has proved to be significantly improve in symptoms,strengthen the physical.The inadequacy is it cannot inhibit the menstrual onset.After a period of time for rest,patients come back to poor healthy when menstrual period of massive loss of blood is wasted once again.ObjectivesThis study abides by the principal of circulate syndrome medicine,clinical epidemiology/DME.Form the circa change of patient' traditional Chinese medicine symptom,laboratory indicators,myoma volume to approach the availability of yi qi sheng xue tang and RU468.It will bring a new treatment program to Traditional Chinese and western medicine for the treatment of anemia secondary to uterine fibroids.MethodsAccording to the diagnostic criteria of uterine fibroids,as well as the dialectical standard of Chinese medicine,We randomized into 70 cases hysteromyoma with secondary anemia patients whom aged from 20 to 55 hospital-based out-patient gynecological clinic in Guangdong Province Traditional Hospital,divided into two groups randomly,each 35 cases,the treatment group(Yi Qi Sheng Xue soup with RU486 + iron),the control group (RU486 + iron)。Take drug on the fifth day from the beginning of menstruation, continuous use for 14 days.Making a clinical observation of the two ways by traditional medicine syndrome scoring table and laboratory indicators。ResultsThis study showed that,①both groups have a significant improvement in Chinese medicine symptoms.Control group,the effective rate was 67.7%,the treatment group reached 93.33%,total effective rate of the two groups were significantly different(P＜0.01).②two groups were significantly higher RBC,HB,HCT(P＜0.01),efficacy of the treatment group more obvious than in the control group,inter-group differences were significant(P＜0.01).③the treatment group and control group Fibroid volume are reduced,narrowing the difference between groups was not significant(P＞0.05).However,the first measurement in the menstrual phase,the second measurement in the clean period after taking into account the menstrual pelvic congestion and post-menstrual pelvic congestive reduce clean,there are some differences in measurement, so the study could not determine the effects of short-term can be Hysteromyoma narrow.ConclusionThe clinical efficacy of yi qi sheng xue soup with RU486 + iron is superior to the RU486 + iron alone.The effect in improving anemic patients' clinical symptoms and laboratory indicators is significant.Applied Yiqishengxue soup when patients of uterine fibroids in secondary anemia,and hemoglobin failed to meet the standards of surgery,it can be clear that the rapid increasing in hemoglobin,as soon as possible to meet the standardsurgery,and low-cost, can improve the clinical efficacy to a greater extent,alleviate the burden on patients and families,it is worth the promotion of clinical use.on patients and families,it is worth the promotion of clinical use.
