ObjectiveThis study is observing three group of cytochrome C oxidase and the mitochondrial permeability transition pore opening difference,morever,the findings can provide some basis for traditional Chinese medicine to prevent and control the osteoporosis.MethodsMore than 60 feminine patients of pain inwaistand lower extremities came from the first affiliated hospital of Guangzhou University of TCM during May to December.2008,testing their Bone Minenal Density(BMD) before operating.The samples were divided into three groups(osteoporosis,osteopenia and normal control) accoring to inclusion criteria,exclusion criteria and choice criteria,each group includings 10 examples respectively.Finally the data counts the software establishment database with SPSS13.0,carries on the statistical analysis,to explore the difference between cytochrome C and the mitochondrial permeability transition pore open among three groups.Results1.Three groups of muscle mitochondrial permeability transition pore activity with the passage of time further increased(P<0.05),but the three groups have no difference between the same time points(P>0.05).2.The osteopenia group and osteoporosis group's mitochondrial permeability transition pore's activity were more significantly increased than the normal control group(P<0.05),but the osteopenia group and osteoporosis group's have no significant difference(P>0.05).3.Release of cytochrome C oxidase of the osteopenia group and osteoporosis group is significantly increased than the normal control group(P<0.05),but the osteopenia group and osteoporosis group's have no significant difference(P>0.05). Conclusions1.Three groups of myo-line mitochondrial permeability transition pore's activeness further strengthens with the lapse of time,but tbree groups of meantime spots do not have the difference.2.The osteopenia group and osteoporosis group's mitochondrial permeability transition pore's activeness have the significant difference compareing with normal control group's mitochondrial permeability transition pore's, but there is no obvious difference between osteopenia group and osteoporosis group,mitochondrial oxidative damage is more between osteopenia group and osteoporosis group.3.The osteopenia group and osteoporosis group's cytochrome C oxidase have the significant difference compareing with normal control group,but there is no obvious difference,between osteopenia group and osteoporosis group.
