1 PurposeInvestigate the function of liver phospholipid supplement after eccentric training, and to compare the result with soybean phospholipid supplement, analyze the differences, and evaluate the function of phospholipid supplements in repairation the injury of membrane and the recovery exercise-induce fatigue.2 Experimental MethodsMale Kunming rats, seprated into 5 teams, kept taking supplements for two weeks, then take eccentric swimming training. Seperate the share quadriceps immediately after the rats killed, make the cell membrane, measure the Malondialdehyde( MDA) & superoxide dismutase ( SOD) contents,Na~+-K~+-ATP ase activity, and calculate the Polarization(P),tiny viscosityη,Lipid membrane fluidity(LFU). To announce the renovation effect of phospholipid supplement on injury due to eccentric training, and to research the function of phospholipid supplement in preventing muscle cell membrane from injuring effect brought into play by aspect excessively.3 Results(1)MDA contents are notable coming for EC compared with SC, SOD contents are notable coming down, Na~+-K~+-ATPase activity is notable be weakened, membrane fluidity is notable decreased.(2)Phospholipid supplements groups have notable effects in the respect of eliminating a free radical, strengthening Na~+-K~+-ATPase activity, improving muscle membrane fluidity.(3)Every phospholipid supplements group takes longer time to be exhausted in swimming than EC team.(4)There are a little differences in supplements of identical thickness but different kind of phospholipid supplements, liver source phospholipid is commonly better than soybean phospholipid.(5)Phospholipid supplements will not lead to obviously weight increase quickly or day ingestion amounts raise.(6)Notable difference does not appear when LL team is compared with free ingestion groups.4 Conclusions(1)Phospholipid may have many effects to eliminate the skeletal muscle cell membrane free radical congeries that motion leads to, strengthen acting on self's own transporting enzymatic activity, improve membrane fluidity.(2)Compared with soybean phospholipid, Liver source nature phospholipid has demonstrated much better renovation to motion injures .(3)The degree that phospholipid lessening motion injuries, is not exclusively accompanied by increase of organism weight, so it can be able to applied broadly into athlete nutrition as one kind of safety method.
