Seperate the share quadriceps immediately after the rats killed, make the cell membrane, measure the Malondialdehyde( MDA) & superoxide dismutase ( SOD) contents,Na~+-K~+-ATP ase activity, and calculate the Polarization(P),tiny viscosityη,Lipid membrane fluidity(LFU).
