Effect Analysis Of Stage Operation Treatment The Old Central Tendon Injury

Objective To evaluate the effect of staging surgery on the old central tendon injury,and comparied with the effect of the onstage surgery.Method A total of 67 cases of the old central tendon injury were followed-up,including 30 cases of onestage surgery.The other 37 cases were released contracture Joint capsule and collateral ligaments first,and then repaired the injuryed old central tendon several weeks later.comparing and Statistical analysis the degree of the ROM and tendon adhesion of two operation after follow-up.Result The follow was from one month to seven years,mean periods was 30 months.According to Caroli score criterion,there were 13 excelent cases,9 good cases,7 moderate cases,1 poor case in the cases of onstage surgery,there were 13 patients tendon adhesion occurred;20 excelent cases,11 good cases,6 moderate cases,no poor case in the cases of staging surgery,there are seven cases of postoperative tendon adhesions.Conclution Staging surgery was much better on the theropy of old central tendon injury than onstage surgery.Surgical staging of the old central tendon injury has a certain effect.
